Thrust Frame - 48 Series • Designed To Work In 156" Minimum ID Or Trenchbox Shafts • • Independent Jacking & Rotation Operation • • Capable Of Installing Pipe up to 48" OD • • Assembly consists of the thrust frame, fluid swivel with alignment adapter, make up tool and wrench set. • Two speed jacking (thrust) advancement control (100 ton [fast], 265 ton [slow]). • Three speed hydraulic operated rotation control (23, 34 and 50 rpm). • Dual rotation pressure control (0 to 10,500 ft-lbs, 0 to 26,000 ft-lbs). • Hydraulic pressure gauges for monitoring jacking, auger rotation, and cutter bit system pressures. • Quick coupler connections with lock for easy and secure hydraulic hose installation. • Dual motor travel function for ease of advancing gear box along the frame. • Jacking functions 0 to 26 gpm @ 6,000 psi. • Rotation functions 0 to 40 or 60 gpm @ 5,000 psi. • Independent control for hydraulic make-up tool. • Hydraulic latching mechanism to advance and retract thrust block assembly. • Leveling screws for ease of frame height adjustment and leveling. • Frame skids available; 14', 10', 2' and 12". The quick couplers connect to the pressure, return, load sense, and case drain hydraulic hoses from the GBM Power Pack, along with the PCH hydraulic hoses. Low pressure valves for hydraulic make-up tool, auxiliary and latching functions. Two 40 inch stroke cylinders provide up to Drive Swivel Adapter With Fluid Connector Three thrust frame lift points for ease of repositioning thrust frame.
