Pilot Cutter Tooling - The Eliminator • Designed For Non-Displaceable Soils • • Two Step Process To Install Product Pipe • •The Eliminator is the lead pilot tool tor non-displaceable ground conditions. • Cutter head cutting teeth rotate through the ground at a full 17.5" (445 mm) OD. • Three independent steering control devices to maintain line and grade. • Cutter head equipped with jetting nozzle to increase cutting performance and case of spoil removal. • Steerable cutler head allows a two step process to install product pipe, eliminating the requirement to install pilot tubes for the initial bore. • Optically guided with the equipped replaceable battery powered illuminated LED target to maintain line and grade accuracy, and monitored with the standard Akkcrman GBM guidance system. • Hollow center augers required for line of sight to target. • Spoils removed using standard Akkcrman 16" casings. • Works with existing GBM jacking frames.
