Product Information High temperature coolers from aluminium for compressors For high strain compressor coolers AKG utilizes hollow core profiles which compensate thermal stress. Tension peaks between the core and side tanks are greatly reduced by these hollow profiles. This contributes to a long lifetime of the heat exchanger. In the above pictured 3-circuit cooler the hollow profiles are used to equalize thermal variations between the coolers and inside each individual core.
