For total control the display is divided into zones, this ensures simple and logical running of the system. The controls are optimised for efficiency and complete unique to the market. • Variable run and pause time By adjusting the run and pause time of the nozzles you ensure maximum cooling without cold drop and wet animals • Temperature and humidity control A humidity and temperature sensor ensures that the overall operation of the system will work when the temperature and humidity relations dictate the need • Hygienic rinse Automatic rinse of the water minimizes the possibility for bacterial growth • High and low humidity alarm Ensures against valve and sensor failure SlipLock - Simple, safe and fast These are keywords when installing high-pressure nozzles using the SlipLock system. With SlipLock fittings and PE12 high-pressure hose you will obtain a perfect result every time. SlipLock has been developed for use in aggressive environments working at high-pressure, and for added corrosion resistance all fittings are nickel plated. All components in the SlipLock are pressure tested in relation to the Airtec® A/S quality standard ISO 9001. This means that all components has been going through a test at 3 times the normal working pressure. • No need for special tools • SlipLock fittings • PE 12 high-pressure hose • Nozzles with ceramic inset and non return valve • Corrosion resistant material HydroFlex - High-pressure cooling system At 50 bar pressure the high-pressure nozzles create a fine mist of water in the air. By evaporating 1 litre of water this will consume approximately 700 Watt of heat energy thereby obtaining a heat reduction. The fine mist from the nozzles will ensure a fast and effective evaporation of the water. • Frequency inverted pump Fully automatic speed adjustment of the pump ensures the correct output pressure and lowest possible energy consumption without by-pass Choose from 0-300, 0-700 or 0-1400 l/h • Anti drip The run and drain valve system allows build up and release of pressure in the system easy and effectively and prevents dripping from the nozzles • Safety features Flow guard • Flow guard is a built in safety feature that monitors the actual water consumption in order to protect against leaks Water pressure alarm • A built in safety feature that protects the pump from damaged in the event of water pressure failure to the system Pump monitoring • This built in safety feature monitors the pump temperature to protect against overheating Water filter system • This filters particles larger than 1 @.at 60 % filtration then again at 90 %
