Valves ER-18-310 and ER-18-510 can be used with vacuum, with order numbers changing to ER-18-310-Q and ER-18-510-Q.

Operational Details:

Pre-stroke (7): Valve is not actuated.
Working stroke (8): Valve is in operation.
End of stroke (9): Valve is bottomed.
Port 1 is the pressure inlet, ports 2 and 4 are outlets, and ports 3 and 5 are exhausts.
