Therefore, the requirements for machine stability are constantly increasing. AirLoc has met this challenge and developed new leveling types PRS and PRSK. The main goal of the design is the increased stability to withstand high dynamic horizontal forces. The ruggedly designed base plate is connected to the pressure plate by using a precise positioning system. An additional locking device prevents the pressure plate from coming apart during installation or relocation of the machine. This construction ensures the highest stiffness over the whole leveling range. When used with our high damped isolation materials, your machine will maintain its position. The integrated locking screw ensures permanent and precise connection to your machine.
