Overview
AIRBOX DXX Air Purifiers are ATEX certified stand-alone scrubbers designed for scrubbing potentially explosive air pollutants such as VOCs, gases, odors, and ozone. These purifiers are engineered to handle explosive pressures and ensure operator safety.

Features
The purifiers are constructed with galvanized steel, reinforced to withstand maximum explosive pressure. Safety features include shut-off valves to prevent backfire and a bursting panel for explosion venting. The centrifugal fan, certified ATEX II 2 D/G, is equipped with an electric motor positioned outside the extraction flow to minimize risks. The filtration system comprises three stages: two for dust elimination (F5 Efficiency) and one for gas adsorption, effective up to 45°C.

Models
AIRBOX Air Purifiers are available with ATEX certifications for zone II 2 G and zone II 3 G, each offering four versions with nominal flow rates from 750 to 3000 Nm3/h. They are also available in stainless steel versions.

Accessories
Optional accessories include an extraction arm from the AIRBRAVO ATEX EPX or EHX Series for source capture of pollutants, and an additional HEPA post filter (H13 class) for maximum air purity.
