Overview
AIRBOX DKI are trolley-mounted cartridge dust collectors designed for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, and chemical industries. They feature an automatic cleaning filtration system.

Features
The structure and exhaust fan of the AIRBOX DKI are made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. The cartridge filtration system has a large surface area and U.S.G.C. efficiency according to the BIA TEST. It includes a compressed air self-cleaning system to prevent operator contact with extracted dust.

Models
The AIRBOX DKI Series is available in four versions with nominal flow rates from 750 to 3200 Nm3/h. The models are:

• DKI 071: 750 m3/h, 1.1 kW, 72 dB, 1 cartridge, 125 mm inlet, 100 kg
• DKI 122: 1250 m3/h, 2.2 kW, 74 dB, 2 cartridges, 160 mm inlet, 120 kg
• DKI 223: 2200 m3/h, 4.1 kW, 76 dB, 3 cartridges, 200 mm inlet, 150 kg
• DKI 324: 3200 m3/h, 4.1 kW, 78 dB, 4 cartridges, 250 mm inlet, 180 kg

Accessories
Optional accessories include:

• Extraction arms from the AIRBRAVO EPI, EHI, or EF series for capturing pollutants at the source.
• HEPA post filter (H14 class) for maximum air purity.
• Activated carbon filter for eliminating chemical pollutants and odors.

Filtration Cartridges
Cartridges are available for different dust types, each with a filtering surface of 15 m3:

• K6161 / I: Fine, standard dust
• K6162 / I: Explosive dust
• K6163 / I: Adhesive dust
• K6164 / I: Explosive and adhesive dust
