Bart 50: Similar to Bart 24 but with a larger volume of 50 liters, suitable for up to 30 meters with a flow rate of 2 m3/h and pressures up to 4.5 bar.
Bart-One 80: Medium-small vessel for up to 50 meters with a flow rate of 3 m3/h and pressures up to 4.5 bar.
Bart-One 1369: Includes models with capacities of 150, 300, 600, and 900 liters, suitable for flow rates of 3 to 30 m3/h over distances of 80 meters.

Functioning Principle: The vessel is loaded through a butterfly valve until full, then pressurized to transport the material. The product flows into the pipe, creating a plug transport until the line is emptied. A pressure switch detects the end of transport, and a cleaning phase may be activated if necessary.

Pneumatic and Electronic Control Panels: Pneumatic panels control pressure and air volumes, applicable for air or inert gases like nitrogen. Electronic control panels include a PLC and color touch screen, offering automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes. They require installation in a safe zone.

BART E BART-ONE VESSELS BART 24 Bart is a versatile, small and easy-to-assemble tank for handling materials in powders and granules. Bart-One 80 is a medium-small size vessel able to guarantee important flow rates. Functional and practical, it is suitable for moving bulk materials up to 15 meters with a flow rate of up to 1 m3 / h. It moves the material at a low speed to preserve the quality of the product and the good conditions of the pipes. Thanks to its small size and an operating pressure always within 2 bar, the Bart 24 is not included in the pressure tanks subject to the certifications...
