Description of Air Texturizing Machine The air texturizing machine has the following functions: it feeds continuous fibers (POY/FDY) such as nylon and polyester into an air texturizing nozzle with a feed roller set at arbitrary speed, interlaces that yarn with air or blends them using turbulence generated by compressed air inside the nozzle, and then produces yarn known as ATY. Features of AT-501 A a) Equipped with four feed rollers and a hot pin heater. POY continuous fibers such as nylon and polyester can be arbitrarily oriented. ATY can be produced by over-feeding the yarn into the nozzle at an arbitrary rate. b) Simple T&T yarn can be produced with the hot pin heater. c) ATY loop can be adjusted with the second heater. d) All processing conditions are determined by PLC. Setting can be carried out with either the touch panel or a PC. e) Either side (R and L) of the machine can operate independently in different conditions. Utilizes a line shaft driving system, allowing for uniform spindle quality. f) Winding size is 8 inches (200mm) with 10 inches (250mm) available as an option. g) The minimum number of spindle is 24. Adding it to every 24 spindles (one block) is supported. The maximum number of spindles is 144.
