Product Overview
AGY's Continuous Filament Mat (CFM) is a glass fiber reinforcement product designed for use in the production of flat sheet laminates, marine parts, and other applications requiring strength and durability. It enhances mechanical performance, including stiffness and strength, and offers chemical resistance.

Specifications
CFM is made from continuous fiberglass strands bonded with a minimal binder compatible with various resin systems such as PE/PV, PE/PU, Phenolic, PU, and PU/Epoxy. Standard widths range from 42" to 72", with available widths from 12" to 114". Standard weights range from 1.0 to 3.0 ounces per square foot, with available weights from 0.75 to 4.5 ounces.

It is ideal for compression molded electrical and non-electrical laminates, with applications in electrical flat sheets, boat hulls, cooling tower structures, and more.

Packaging
CFM products are wound on a 4” ID cardboard core, wrapped in polyethylene, and palletized with a cap and stretch-wrap for protection.
