Smart Guide/ Tension Bar General Description Smart Guide is a high-accuracy 360° wide range single yarn tension measuring system with ceramic eyelet. It may be installed on creels or everywhere the yarn is passing through for measuring the tension of the single yarn. Tension Bar is a high-accuracy wide range multi yarn tension measuring system with high precision mechanical design. Technology Tension Bar measures the tensions of individual yarns to be 6 yarns per cm and can be extended up to 6 meters for creels, beaming, wrapping or before-weaving processes. Tension Bar has 3 different models. Model A: 0-300 cN, accuracy: 6 cN Model B: 0-500 cN, accuracy: 10 cN Model C: 0-1.000 cN, accuracy: 20 cN Smart Guide has eyelets for guiding the yarn and measures the absolute tension value of the single yarn.
