Specifications:
The Eurobelt Series E20 Raised Rib conveyor belt is designed with a pitch of 20 mm and a thickness of 15 mm. It features a raised rib surface with a 32% open area and a 30% contact area. The belt width is available in multiples of 8 mm, and it uses a central drive system with a rod diameter of Ø 4.6 mm. The retention system is a cap.

Materials and Strength:
The belt is available in two material combinations: Polypropylene (PP) for both the belt and rod, with a strength of 1,000 kg/m and a temperature range of +1 to +104 ºC, and Polyacetal (AC) for the belt with a Polypropylene rod, offering a strength of 2,150 kg/m and a temperature range of +1 to +90 ºC. The belt weights are 6.05 kg/m² for PP and 9.25 kg/m² for AC.

The belt is available in White [W], Grey [G], Blue [B], Natural [N], and Black [O].

Applications:
The Series E20 Raised Rib is suitable for applications requiring drainage through the belt or a reduced contact surface to prevent product adhesion. It is designed for product transfers using finger plates.
