Built with Intel® new generation microprocessor architecture on 22nm/32nm process technology, the SCB-1702 supports Intel® Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge Core i7/i5/i3 processors with Intel® Advanced Vector Extensions and Turbo Boost Technology.The platform supports two DDR3 1333/1600 MHZ unbuffered non-ECC DIMM sockets with memory up to 16GB. In order to provide the best network performance and best utilization, the powerful storage interfaces support one 2.5” SATA HDD, one CompactFlash™. This platform affords 6 Gbe Copper or 2 Gbe copper with 4 x SFP and 14 Gbe Ethernet ports via PCI-E by 16 on the front-panel. To prevent network problems when the platform shuts down, SCB-1702 supports two segments of LAN bypass function through WDT and GPIO pin definitions. The front panel also has one USB 2.0 ports, one RJ-45 console port and LED indicators that monitor powerCombo status and storage device activities for local system management, maintenance and diagnostics. In addition, the SCB-1702 supports one PCI-E x16 slot for optional Ethernet module.
