The new EURUS ESP10Y-EC can easily be mounted on top of CNC machine tools and easily capture and remove emissions such as oil mists, oil fumes and smokes at source, for a cleaner and healthier work environment. Oil and water-based machine mists, fumes and smokes are sucked into the system and sent through highly efficient coalescing pre-filters and large ESP collection cell. Cleaned air is recirculated back into the plant. All the filter components are washable which reduces operational costs and helps to protect the environment. With its compact structure, it can be easily installed. Moreover, being able to be mounted on top of machine tools, it does not occupy any space and not require long ducting. The EURUS ESP10Y-EC has a nominal airflow rate of 850 -1.000 m3/h. The unit operates at 230 V, 50/60Hz and consumes less than 300 Watt. Equipped with an EC fan, operator can adjust fan speed with a potentiometer mounted on the control panel.
