AER This portable air cleaners thanks to their contained dimensions are particularly suitable for easy transportation and used also associated with a specific application for continuous service when used in conjunction with wire welding systems utilised a torch equipped with a suction function, in which they are able to treat the fumes directly at source simultaneously with the welding process. The portable air cleaner is designed exclusively for the aspiration of oil-free fumes generated by welding processes for relatively limited operating times. Equipments Components CONSTRUCTION FEATURES • External structure of suitable gauge painted sheet steel resistant to accidental impact and in the same time lightweight to allow portability thanks to a practical transport handle (AER 101) and wheels for the AER102 version. • The filter section is composed of a metal braided spark-trap prefilter, one or two pre-treated paper filters, depending on the version, and an activated carbon filter. • Monophase suction fan 220/1/150 with brush motor and control panel for motor protection and indicator lamp for correct functioning. • Flexible hose with one plastic suction intake.
