Computer Controlled Automated Cutter The Aeronaut digital pressure gauge is an optional accessory for all Aeronaut plotter-cutters. It replaces all manual gauges and allows tool pressure to be automatically adjusted by software to give consistent results across a wide range of materials. Depending on the software, cut and crease pressures can be set in the design file or by the plotting software. This means the operator does not have to think about tool pressure and can achieve the optimum finish on jobs without having to think about pressure adjustment between materials of different thickness and hardness. • A single fast regulator • Improved accuracy • Highly visible read-out • Very high reaction speeds • Consistent cutting pressure • Consistent crease pressure • Consistent score pressure • Software controlled Due to the rapid reaction time of the digital gauge, tool pressures can be changed on the fly allowing different creasing pressures to be used for the same tool and one gauge to be used for all tools. Working pressure can be easily monitored on the digital display.
