Aero-Pallet

Product catalog summary
Overview: AeroGo Aero-Pallets are designed for moving heavy, bulky loads with capacities ranging from 1 to 14 tons. They are particularly useful in applications such as lean manufacturing, product testing, and component assembly due to their ability to change travel paths in any direction.
Specifications: Aero-Pallets are constructed with aluminum decks and four or more air caster units. They include guide wheels for optimal load control and optional features like handles, chocks, throttle controls, and no-load wheels. Each unit comes with four or six Aero-Casters, automatic flow control valves, a pressure regulator with gauge, and an on/off ball valve.
Advantages: The Aero-Pallets offer several benefits, including low profile, low friction, and no floor damage. They are economical, reliable, and flexible for various applications. The omnidirectional movement allows for precise positioning without floor damage, and they are ergonomic, reducing lift hazards. Aero-Casters meet ASME specifications.
Performance: Aero-Pallets provide near-zero vibrations and emissions, making them suitable for moving calibrated equipment. They operate quietly and utilize existing shop air.
Applications: Ideal for manufacturing environments, Aero-Pallets do not require permanent floor fixtures or rails, allowing components to be moved alongside assembly lines without disrupting production.
Technical Data: The document includes detailed tables with model numbers, capacities in pounds and kilograms, net weight, air flow requirements, and deck size areas. It also provides information on fixed mount height and lift in both inches and millimeters.

Aero-Pallet-1

Economically move loads from 1 to 14 tons AeroGo Aero-Pallets are designed to operate for load capacities from 1-14 tons. They are ideal for any application moving heavy, bulky loads. Because their travel path can change in every direction, Aero-Pallets are especially popular in applications such as lean manufacturing, product testing, manufacturing and component assembly. Aero-Pallets can work alongside or replace forklifts, cranes and conveyors at a fraction of the cost. AeroPallets are constructed of aluminum decks over four or more air caster units. Guide wheels provide optimum load control. Optional handles, chocks, throttle controls, and no-load wheels are available. Advantages to Moving Heavy Loads with Air Caster Technology: Ideal for Manufacturing. The omnidirectional, self-loading Aero-Pallet does not require any permanent floor fixtures or rails. The travel path can change as necessary. Components can be floated to the side of an assembly line without slowing production. • Easy omnidirectional multipositioning Near Zero Vibrations or Emissions. Quiet operation with zero emissions and vibration-less movement. A proven effective handling method for moving calibrated equipment.
