Specifications:
The CLAD-BOARD is a vacuum lifting device capable of lifting glass panels, windows, metal sheets, or insulated sandwich wall panels up to 400 kg. It can handle glass and metal panels both horizontally and vertically, and sandwich panels up to 10 m horizontally and 12 m vertically.

Safety Features:
Safety is ensured by a double-circuit vacuum system with independent monitoring. It includes a unique safety belt system, is battery-driven, and comes with an integrated battery charger and indicator.

Functionality:
The device can rotate 360° and swivel 90° between horizontal and vertical positions. It features a large suction plate with four independent, weather and UV-resistant suction chambers.

Compliance and Testing:
The device complies with EN 13155, ASME B30, BGR 500, and the machinery directive 2006/42/EG. Final acceptance tests adhere to VDE 0113 and EN 60204 standards. All welding is performed professionally according to applicable standards.

Article No. 1010322 has a lifting capacity of 400 kg, suction plate dimensions of 600 x 1200 mm, and a total height of approximately 1480 mm. The dead weight is approximately 85 kg. The storage and transport rack (Article No. 1010323) weighs approximately 40 kg and is made of steel with an adjustable lifting bracket.
