Description:

The SAF range consists of patented methacrylate adhesives designed for bonding various dissimilar substrates, including metals, plastics, and composites. These adhesives offer structural bonding with flexibility and fatigue resistance, suitable for aggressive environments and extreme temperatures.

Range of Application:

Recommended substrates include steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, and various plastics and composites.

Weathering and Ageing Resistance:

Lap shear strength remains consistent before and after ageing cycles across various substrates.

Surface Preparation:

Use AEC T700 for cleaning metal surfaces. Plastics may require simple cleaning or sanding.

Precautions:

Contains methacrylate monomers; flammable. Store in a cool place. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid skin and eye contact. Read the Safety Data Sheet before use.

Application:
