The SAF range consists of patented methacrylate adhesives known for their exceptional resistance and flexibility. These adhesives are designed for bonding various dissimilar substrates, including metals, plastics, and composites, suitable for industrial applications. They offer structural bonding with flexibility and fatigue resistance, performing well in aggressive environments and extreme temperatures.

The SAF 30 LOT is recommended for substrates such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and various plastics like PVC, ABS, and PMMA.

The product maintains or improves lap shear strength after ageing cycles, with substrate failures noted in PMMA and ABS, and delamination in FRP.

Use AEC T700 for cleaning metal surfaces. Plastics may require simple cleaning or sanding for better performance.

The adhesive contains flammable methacrylate monomers. Store in a cool place and use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid skin and eye contact, and seek medical attention if necessary.

The shelf life is 9 months in unopened packaging, stored between 15°C and 30°C.
