Description

The SAF range consists of patented methacrylate adhesives known for their resistance and flexibility. Weathering and Ageing Resistance

The product shows excellent resistance to weathering and ageing, maintaining lap shear strength across various substrates before and after ageing cycles.

Surface Preparation

Use AEC T700 to clean metal surfaces. Most plastics require simple cleaning, while some may need sanding for better performance.

Precautions

The adhesive contains methacrylate monomers and is flammable. Store in a cool place away from heat sources. Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid skin and eye contact; in case of contact, wash with soap and water or flush with water and seek medical attention. Do not swallow and keep away from children.

Application

Optimal results are achieved at room temperature (12°C to 35°C) without post-curing. Follow product instructions or consult a Bostik representative for guidance.

Storage

Shelf life is 6 months in unopened packaging, stored in a dry place at 15°C to 30°C. Temperature variations can reduce shelf life.

Packaging

Available in 50mL and 490mL cartridges, 20L pails, or 200L drums. Specific mixers are required for different cartridge sizes.
