PROVIDING SOLUTIONS, NOT JUST EQUIPMENT STANDARD FEATURES • Nomad II PD Series systems include an AD Series dryer with the AP1 control system, a drying hopper, and an integral dry air conveying system to the drying hopper and/or process machine(s) • Mounted on a portable cart for maximum flexibility • Sight glass material receiver supplied for minimal inventory on the process machine • Insulated stainless steel drying hopper (1.7 cu. ft. [50 liter] access door is optional) with slide gate (access door on hopper 3.0 cu. ft. [85 liter] and larger is standard) • Single power connection point for system AP1 CONTROL SYSTEM FEATURES • Touch-screen control interface provides clear information about desiccant bed regeneration, process temperature, dewpoint and material loading system • Allows simple start-up, shut-down, and adjustment of drying and conveying parameters • “Off-the-shelf” programmable controller regulates the drying and conveying functions of the complete system • Integral PID temperature control with display of setpoint and actual process and regeneration temperature NOMAD II PORTABLE DRYING SYSTEM • Display of actual dewpoint and alarm settings The Nomad II portable drying and conveying systems combine the advanced features and reliability of AEC’s AD dryers with an integral conveying system. These systems provide simple and fast loading of your process machine and the Nomad II. The entire system is mounted on a rugged, portable cart. • Alarm indication includes high temperature conditions, high dewpoint, and dirty filters • Material overdrying protection OPTIONS • Ethernet communication module
