The AS Series Screenless Granulator by AEC is designed for high-quality regrind in sprue and runner reclaim applications. It features various blade sizes to minimize waste and provide clean regrind for reuse. The granulator is compact, energy-efficient, and easy to maintain due to its stainless steel parts.
Standard Features
- Cutting Chamber Size: Ranges from 10.0” x 10.5” (254 x 268 mm) to 16” x 16” (407 x 407 mm).
- Throughput Range: 30 lbs/hr (14 kg/hr) to 50 lbs/hr (23 kg/hr).
- Tool-free quick access.
- Vacuum bin with 1” or 2” diameter take-off.
- Electrical and mechanical safety interlock.
