CARATTERISTICHE/FEATURES IPBUS1 consente di interfacciare su bus PROFIBUS tutti gli strumenti di pesatura ADOS. Il Gateway consente di ricevere i dati di pesatura e di inviare i comandi operativi previsti dagli strumenti, nonché di ricevere e inviare i dati di configurazione. Il Gateway può essere fornito anche con interfacciamenti personalizzati. Il modulo è equipaggiato con una linea RS485 PROFIBUS e una linea RS485 per interfacciare lo strumento di pesatura. La velocità di trasmissione sulla linea PROFIBUS è configurabile tramite file GSD e può essere impostata dal master della rete. Il modulo tramite la funzione di AutoBaud si adatta automaticamente. I parametri di trasmissione sulla linea verso lo strumento di pesatura sono fissi: 1 Start – 8 dati – no parità – 4800 Baud Il protocollo utilizzato è il Modbus e il gateway opera come MASTER. Il tipo di dati e la quantità degli stessi è funzione del tipo di strumento collegato e della modalità operativa definita nel file GSD. IPBUS1 provides a PROFIBUS interface for the whole ADOS weighing instrumentation line. The Gateway allows both to receive weighing data and to send the operative commands foreseen by the instrument and to receive and send the configuration parameters as well. The Gateway can be supplied with interfacing on customer’s request The gateway is equipped with an RS485 PROFIBUS line and an RS485 line to interface the indicator. The baud rate on PROFIBUS line is configurable at GSD level and can be changed by network master. The gateway has an Auto Baud capability and can adapt automatically to any baud rate. The transmission parameters on the serial line interfacing the indicator are defined as: 1 Start bit – 8 data bit – no parity – 4800 Baud The protocol is Modbus and the gateway acts as MASTER. Data type and quantity exchanged on that line depends on the type of indicator and the operating mode
