Mixer Lift Stands Heavy Duty Stands for Admix In-Tank Mixers Mobile and Wall Mount Lift Stands Customized for your Mixer Admix offers numerous lift stand options for our sanitary and industrial in-tank mixers. Designed for our direct drive mixers with a 112-bearing frame or smaller, our lift stands are heavy duty, constructed of your choice of either 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, or painted carbon steel, common for chemical processing applications. Mobile or Wall Mount: Lift stands are available as stationary wall mounted units or mobile units for processors with a variety of mixing rooms or labs. Mobile lift stands are supplied with high impact casters, two that are fixed and two swivel casters with braking capability for securely locking the stand in place. Floor levelers enable leveling the stand if necessary once it has been positioned for operation. Mounting forks where the mixer is bolted on, are pre-drilled for your exact Admix mixer model. Lifting Operation Options: The pneumatic lifting operation feature offers greater labor and time savings and provides a smooth lifting motion for various batch sizes. A lock collar is mounted to the cylinder rod on each stand, for locating the lowest mixer height and preventing the lifting arms from dropping the mixer too low. In addition to its safety function, the lock collar also allows you to easily set a repeatable mixer height.
