Handling volumes from .25 to 5 gallons / 1 to 19 liters, and speeds up to 12,000 RPM, the Benchmix is ideally suited for any industry. The Benchmix provides predictable, repeatable results from the development lab to full production when scaling up to an Admix high shear production size mixer - we back this with our process assurance warranty! A new and improved touchscreen interface provides the option to store over 100 presets for your formulations (set parameters such as bump value, acceleration value, and RPM). The display panel shows the amp draw, RPM and running time for the current batch. High shear for your lab and process Our most widely used mixing impeller for the Benchmix is our patented Rotosolver. The Rotosolver is the most effective high shear mixing head on the market for wetting out and dispersing powders. Its patented design is engineered to provide the optimal balance between shear and flow so that your product is completely homogenous, emulsified, and agglomerate-free in under 10 minutes. Powders, even when dumped in all at once, are immediately drawn down into the mixing head and up from the bottom, passing through multiple shear surfaces before centrifugal pressure forces material to the periphery.
