SMART WIRELESS SOLUTIONS A502 mA Converter Interface The Adcon A502 mA Converter was designed to operate in industrial environments equipped with industry standard mA sensors and/or data loggers. It provides continuous and accurate monitoring of remote facilities and measurement points. There is no more need for time consuming and inconvenient visits for on-site data reading. Up to three 4-20 mA signals are converted into Voltage signals, compatible to Adcon A723, A733 and A753 RTUs. Adcon RTU’s transmit the measured values in short intervals to a central point where the data can be graphically displayed and analyzed. The A502 interface comes in a robust IP 65/67 aluminum housing, allowing for operation even in harsh environments. The 4-20 mA loops are galvanically isolated from the RTU and either powered by an external power supply or directly by the attached sensors. If using self-powered sensors the minimum loop voltage required is 6,5 Volts. A 2m 7pin Binder cable connects the A502 to an Adcon RTU.
