SOIL-SCOUT STANDARD FEATURES: A. Power Unit - 58 HP @ 2,300 RPM diesel engine with 12-volt electric start engine. Optional Electric TEFC 3-phase 460VAC induction motor @ 1,800 RPM. Other power options available. Feed Mechanism - The main feed consists of double acting chain drive mechanism connected to a hydraulic cylinder with 48” stroke and capable of 11,000 lbs. upward thrust and 11,000 lbs. pull down.
