Quartz Emitters - Medium Wavelength

Specifications:
Quartz emitters are available in various power ratings (200W to 1000W) and lengths (124 x 62.5 x 19 mm or 247 x 62.5 x 19 mm). They operate at 230V single phase and feature a wound resistance coil within quartz tubes, with an aluminum reflector and thermal insulation.

Applications:
These emitters are ideal for applications requiring fast response times, such as glue reactivation, plastic heating, ink or dye drying, and heating painted ironwork.

Advantages:
Fast response, ability to work at close distances, large wavelength spectrum, low thermal inertia, quick heating, and minimal radiation loss.

Using Recommendations:
Emitters should be mounted horizontally and cleaned regularly to maintain efficiency. They should operate in a "transparent" environment, with a recommended distance of 100 to 200mm from the product.

Thermic Characteristics:
Surface temperatures range from 390°C to 770°C, with wavelengths from 1.5 to 8 µm.

Special Manufacturing:
Custom manufacturing is available for specific power, voltage, and dimensions. Emitters can be equipped with thermocouples for regulation.

Infrared Lamps - Medium Wavelength

Specifications:
Infrared lamps feature a tungsten filament in a quartz tube filled with halogen gas, operating at 400V single phase. They offer a wavelength range of 0.9 to 3.2µm.

Advantages:
Quick lighting and extinction, high power density, and long lifespan (average 5000 hours).

Using Recommendations:
Lamps can be installed in any position but should be protected from projections. Electrical installations must accommodate higher initial currents. Avoid touching the tube directly and ensure strips can absorb component expansion.
