Product Specifications:Ceramic emitters are available in various shapes, including curved or flat, rectangular or square. They consist of a resistance wire cast in a ceramic body and are glazed for protection against corrosion. Emitters come with a mounting element, a spring, and a stainless steel clip for secure attachment. The connection is protected by ceramic pearls, and some models include a
thermocouple (type J or K) for temperature optimization. The standard voltage is 230 V single phase, with other voltages available upon request. All ceramic emitters are UL approved.
Product Range:
The product range includes various models such as HTE, FTE, and FFE, with power ratings from 125W to 1000W. Emitters are available with or without thermocouples (Tc J or Tc K).
Thermal Characteristics:
The average surface temperature ranges from 200°C (125W) to 680°C (1000W). The wavelength ranges from 2 to 10 µm, with maximum wavelengths between 3.8µm and 5µm depending on the emitter.
Reflectors and Accessories:
Reflectors are made from aluminized sheets and come with a mounting system kit, including screws, nuts, crossbars, and a ceramic block for electrical connection. Reflectors can be used to direct radiation towards the heating area, enhancing efficiency.
Usage Recommendations:
For optimal efficiency, the emitted energy should be focused on the target area. Multiple curved emitters can be mounted on a single reflector for better integration with existing ceramic elements.
