ReadyReactors rs 20L & 50L! Ace Glass has pre-packaged our two most popular size reactors, 20L and 50L complete systems, and set them up for immediate shipment and turnkey operation. Full systems include an all stainless steel four-post stand with custom, jacketed vessels with all the hardware necessary to hook to your recirculating chiller, and a bottom flush-seal outlet valve. The 20L system comes with a 1-1/2 hp air stir motor and the 50L comes with a 1/2 hp electric stir motor rated for hazardous conditions. Both reactors are equipped with Ace pressure relief manifolds to prevent flask jacket over pressure and damage. The reactor heads have standard ­aper joints, and they will accept any t configuration of condensers, funnels, or probes that you wish to add. We have also included our newest PTFE Mechanical Seal Stirrer Bearing on both units.
