Main Characteristics
The UT-380 Series features a 30-degree slant bed with a swing of 750 mm and lengths ranging from 1650 mm to 3100 mm. The bed is a heavily ribbed one-piece made from fine-grain Meehanite, heat-treated and ground to HRC53 hardness. Sliding surfaces are coated with Turcite-B for precision and rigidity. The turret is a 12-station heavy-duty design with a large diameter Curvic coupling and hydraulic clamp force. The spindle is supported by large diameter dual roller bearings and self-aligned angular ball bearings for precision.

Tooling System
The tooling system includes various holders such as R/H and L/H facing tool holders, boring bar tool holders, and U-drill tool holders. The turret accommodates a 12-station setup with square tool sizes of 32x32 mm.
