3. Cut the shelf 1/8 inch narrower than the distance between slides. Extend slides to access mounting tabs, position the shelf on tabs 1/8 inch forward of slide ends, mark tab slots on the underside of the shelf, and drill pilot holes.

Slide Ordering Instructions:
Specify the total required slides, slide finish, slide model, slide length, and optional polybag packaging. Distributor packs contain 5 pairs per box for lengths 12-28 inches, while production packs contain 20 each per box for lengths 12-22 inches and 10 each per box for lengths 24-28 inches. Right and left-hand slides are boxed separately, and slides and screws are ordered and packaged separately.

Materials and Compliance:
Slide members and ball retainers are made of cold-rolled steel, and ball bearings are made of carburized steel. The product is RoHS compliant.
