ACS MYstrale®
The ACS MYstrale® is an air sampling pump designed for MOCP and META analysis of asbestos and fibers, compliant with AFNOR NF X 43-050 and XP 43-269 French standards. It operates on a 220 Volts / 50 Hertz power supply, with other options available upon request.
Description
The pump features an IP55 rated case that is water-resistant and shock-resistant, with a STAUBLI connecting device for tube connections. It includes a locking button for security and a location for connecting the AYRSPIRE® sampling head. The dimensions are 50.1 cm x 30.5 cm x 45.7 cm, and it weighs 10 kg.
Efficiency
The pump operates quietly (< 50db) and is self-ventilated by sampled air. It has a nominal flow rate of 50 liters/minute without pressure drop and features electronic flow rate auto-regulation with temperature compensation. The flow rate accuracy is within 3% of full scale, supporting MOCP and META samplings with a minimum of 2 liters/minute.
Safety and Control
The device includes electronic flow rate setting with a thermal mass flow rate sensor, an electronic card with a screen display for programming, volume, and time display, and a built-in mass flow meter. It can save sampling data for 10 seconds without power and store 100 to 150 samplings on an optional SD card. It also features seal-off control to protect the pump when sampling is stopped and includes translucent silicone tubing and a 220 Volt auxiliary outlet.
Programming
Users can set sampling time, flow rate, and programming identical to the previous ACS version. It supports programming in five languages: French, English, Spanish, German, and Italian.
Optional Equipment
Optional equipment includes the AYRSPIRE® sampling head, a tripod stand, and filters.
