AbsorGel® Sheet-X TECHNICAL PRODUCT SHEET Main features AbsorGel® Sheet-X starts working as soon as it is removed from its transparent sealed packaging or removed from a box master PE-bag. DESICCANT TYPE CONTAINER / IN-BOX DESICCANT TYPES AVAILABLE ABSORBING AGENT CALCIUM CHLORIDE WITH A PURITY They can be placed on top of the cargo or inside pallets or boxes. The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the surrounding air passing in through its permeable packaging (DuPont™ Tyvek®). The liquid Calcium Chloride turns into gel by the modified starch. Typical applications AbsorGel® Sheet-X can be used for all types of cargo. They are especially suitable when the cargo is tightly packed close to the container ceiling and walls or inside of larger crates, boxes or other types of packaging.
