AbsorGel® Max-X/Compact-X TECHNICAL PRODUCT SHEET ABSORGEL® MAX-X Main features The AbsorGel® Max-X/Compact-X starts working as soon as it is removed from its transparent sealed packaging or removed from a box master PE-bag. DESICCANT TYPE CONTAINER DESICCANT TYPES AVAILABLE ABSORBING AGENT CALCIUM CHLORIDE WITH A PURITY It is installed from the lashing rings below the container ceiling. It is easy to install and remove with our AbsorHook™ System. The optional AbsorStick™ can be attached to the AbsorHook™ to reach the lashing rings. For high cube containers, two Absorsticks can be combined for increased length which means that no ladder is needed, and you will save time, effort and money. The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the surrounding air passing in through its permeable packaging (DuPont™ Tyvek®). The liquid Calcium Chloride turns into gel by the modified starch. AbsorGel® Max/Compact can be used for all types of cargo. They are especially suitable when the cargo is high loaded close to the container ceiling and walls. Product dispose to approved waste disposal facility in accordance with local regulations. Calcium Chloride is classified as Hazardous Substance according to statement H319 in GHS standard (Causes serious eye irritation) and might therefore be classified as hazardous waste and should be handled accordingly.
