The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the surrounding air passing in through its permeable packaging (DuPont™ Tyvek®). The liquid Calcium Chloride turns into gel by the modified starch. AbsorGel® Hanging-X is fitted with an AbsorHook™ and adhesive pads to keep it securely in place. AbsorGel® Hanging-X can be used for any type of cargo and only needs 25 mm between the cargo and the AbsorGel® Hanging-X.
