A•line
The A•line oil mist and smoke filter units are designed to provide large capacity filtration in a compact package, ensuring clean air with minimal maintenance. These units are ideal for CNC machining, grinding, and forming/pressing applications.
Specifications
The A•line units come in two models: A•5 and A•10. The A•5 is suitable for cabin volumes up to 2.5 m³, while the A•10 can handle up to 5 m³. Both models feature a HEPA H13 filter that guarantees 99.97% clean air. The units are equipped with an EC fan for energy efficiency and health safety.
Filter Stages
Each unit includes four filter stages. The first three are self-draining cassettes that allow for oil reuse, known as Catch & Release®. The fourth stage is a HEPA H13 filter, ensuring high air quality.

Oil Management
The units eliminate 300 liters (A•5) or 600 liters (A•10) of oil per year, with only a teaspoon of oil remaining.
Control and Monitoring
The A•control system allows users to manage and monitor the filter units via a handheld device with a seven-inch color screen. It provides data on pressure drop, running hours, and fan speed.
Installation and Support
The compact design allows for versatile installation options, including machine mounting, floor stands, wall mounts, or ceiling suspension. Absolent offers ongoing support and expertise.
