Technical Specifications
The vertical slicers, UNI 350 and UNI 370, feature blade diameters of 350 mm and 370 mm respectively. They are powered by a 0.37 hp (0.27 kW) motor and include a fixed protection ring, low tension devices, and a gauge plate mechanical locking system. The slicers are waterproof with an IP 69 rating and comply with UNI EN 1974 standards.

The slicers can handle rectangular cuts of 290 x 260 mm or 290 x 270 mm, square cuts of 260 x 260 mm or 270 x 270 mm, and round cuts with diameters of 260 mm or 270 mm. The maximum thickness for cutting is 20 mm.

Standard Equipment
The slicers come with belt transmission, an integrated or separate sharpener, high precision cutting capabilities, and a reduced loading height for ease of use. They feature a 3rd generation blade, a removable product plate with a sliding plate and stainless steel tilting product pusher, reduced cradle feet, and improved guide ridges. The IP69 switches are vandal-proof and come with a lifetime warranty. The sharpener and blade cover are removable for easy cleaning.

Optional Features
Optional features include gear transmission, aluminum handles, blade removal (for the 350 model only), and a tilting device.
