Head Removal Options:
The AP15 allows for two head removal options: standard, which adjusts to the original size of each fruit piece, and a customizable size option for consistent cuts.

Integration and Cutting:
The machine can produce cuts with the core left inside and can be integrated with ABL’s system for halving fruit pieces, as well as the GFT Pineapple & Melon chunker machine.
