These equipment are very suitable for large and sensitive parts which if necessary, can be treated in separate compartments without the risk of clashes between parts. The vibration movement of the linear vibrators is tridimensional ; it is a rotation along an horizontal axis. The settings of the angle between each eccentric block, as well as their mass determines the amplitude and the mode of vibration. Changing the weight of the eccentric plates will change the bowl's amplitude. Also, bowl's springs will determine the amplitude. Vibrators may be completed with dosing pumps to add continuously different compounds.
