CIRCULAR VIBRATORS

CIRCULAR VIBRATORS

Product catalog summary
Circular Vibrators Overview
Circular vibrators, also known as vibratory bowls, are used in mass finishing processes such as deburring and polishing. The components are placed freely in the bowl, and the equipment uses a tridimensional vibration movement, which is a rotation along a horizontal axis creating a spiral motion.

Vibration Mechanism
The vibration is generated by a motor with a vertical shaft, holding springs, and eccentric plates mounted on the drive shaft. Adjusting the weight of these plates changes the bowl's amplitude, while the springs determine the amplitude and vibration mode. Additional features may include a screening system for separating chips from pieces and dosing pumps for adding compounds.

Technical Specifications
The document provides a table of technical details for various models of circular vibrators, including:
  • Model: Different models such as VibC 25, VibC 50, VibC 80, etc.
  • Separator: Indicates if a model includes a separator system.
  • Capacity: Ranges from 25 to 1200 liters.
  • Weight: Varies from 85 kg to 2040 kg.
  • Power: Ranges from 0.5 kW to 11 kW.

CIRCULAR VIBRATORS-1

CIRCULAR VIBRATORS Circular vibrators or vibratory bowls are mass finishing equipment used for deburring and polishing processes, components free in the bowl. The vibration movement of the circular vibrators is tridimensional ; it is a rotation along an horizontal axis, generating a kind of spiral. The vibration generator of the circular vibrators consists of a motor with vertical shaft, a set of holding springs and eccentric plates that are mounted to the top and bottom of the drive shaft. Changing the weight of the eccentric plates will change the bowl's amplitude. Also, bowl's springs will determine the amplitude and vibration mode. Vibrators may be completed by screening system in order to separate chips from pieces, as well as dosing pumps to add continuously different compounds.
