Undo the nut on the bush and push the bush through the panel from the rear. Use the nut to secure the assembly onto the panel. If the control will drive more than 5A make sure that the panel is a good conductor of heat with suitable ventilation and use a heatsink compound between the panel and the MPC32 interface.
