3680 Active Heat Sink For Embedded PC Cooling 3680 ACTIVE HEAT SINK The 3680 series Active heat sink provides a low profile solution for cooling BGA or other square IC packages. The heat sink includes a clip to easily attach to Socket 7 ZIF mounting sockets. The 3680 series features a reliable ball bearing fan with a minimum life of 50,000 hrs at 25°C. The heat sink includes a pre-applied interface material and is offered with either a 5V or 12V fan.
