SuperNova Orbit Crystallizer & aerator The SuperNova Orbit is specially developed within the confectionery industry and the aeration system offers a unique platform for aeration of typical fat based centre masses and crème fillings. The SuperNova Orbit is capable of crystallizing the mass to an almost solid state which allows transfer to open hopper wire cutters and extruders without any precooling on conveyor belts – No extra cooling or mature time is needed.
