Open the catalog to page 3Chocolate and cocoa mass pumps Our long experience of machines for the sensitive chocolate production has been followed up by the new extensive range of CP and CPI chocolate pumps that can work both in a vertical and in a horizontal position. The CP pumps are slow-rotating gear pumps that gently push the chocolate onward through the pipes. The CPI pumps are wing pumps designed for careful transport of chocolate mass with ingredients. The range of pumps also comprises the mono pumps suitable for transport of all quantities of liquid chocolate.

Open the catalog to page 6Ingredients feeding and mixing unit Feeding and mixing units mix ingredients into the tempered chocolate mass. The feeder can vary the amount of ingredients in proportion to the chocolate mass before the mass is led to the depositor. The mixer is installed between the tempering machine and the depositor. The feeder treats the ingredients very gently and is designed to handle large as well as small ingredients.
