SCDC - Flame Proof Solenoid Coil Features: IECEx / ATEX Certified. Enclosure Material: Stainless Steel. Cable Material:Improved Heat Resistant SHF2 (+130°C). Locking Device: M15x1.0 Nut. Thermal Protection: Built-in PTC Temperature Switch (80 °C for T6, 95°C for T5, 130°C for T4). Typical Application: Explosion Proof Hydraulic Mechanical or Pneumatic Pipeline, Solenoid Valve Control, Regulation Pipeline, HVAC Compressors, Air Compressors, Pressure Vessels or Equipments Unloading Control. Description: SCDC flame proof industrial solenoid coil is designed and produced in accordance with IEC / EN 60079-0, 60079-1 and 6007931 standard. The product can be applied to hydraulic or pneumatic pipeline of large machinery and equipment, solenoid valve control refrigerant lines, air compressors, refrigeration compressors and other pressure equipment for pressure control in harsh conditions. The product is certified to be used in explosive gas atmospheres Zone 1 and Zone 2, dust environment atmospheres Zone 21 and Zone 22 hazardous locations. SCDC explosion proof industrial solenoid coil include a halogen flame retardant and high temperature braid armored cable permanently connected to it. The product uses M15X1.0 nut locking device. The mounting effectively guarantee the equipment will not be pulled off and ensure safety of production or operations in explosive area.
