Product catalog summary
Product Overview
The Whirligig Heavy Duty is designed for reliable shaft speed monitoring in challenging environments such as quarries and cement factories. Its stainless steel construction and sealed bearings make it suitable for corrosive conditions.

Application
This device is used on conveyors, elevators, and other rotating shafts to monitor speed under various conditions. It is unaffected by machine vibration or movement as it moves with the shaft.

Method of Operation
An inductive sensor within the Whirligig detects a target, creating a pulse for each rotation. It can connect directly to a control unit or other systems. The assembly bolts to the machine's shaft using an M16 thread.
