Product Datasheet BRAIME COMPONENTS RG4 Rotary Level Indicator Approved for explosive atmospheres: ATEX zones 20 and 21 for dust Application: Designed to indicate the presence or absence of bulk materials such as grains, pellets, chemicals, wood chips, and other powders. It is ideal for hoppers and silos. The RG4 can be top and side mounted. Method of operation: The detection of material is achieved by a rotating paddle. If material impedes the rotation of the paddle, the motor topples on its axis and triggers an alarm Features: • An EASY TO INSTALL instrument that does not require any calibration, maintenance or specific tool for its installation. • Thanks to the wide choice of paddles, all of which are interchangeable, it is ADAPTABLE to the different densities of the measured materials. • Extremely VERSATILE, it can be installed on tanks, hoppers, on walls or roofs of silos, in a vertical, horizontal or oblique position. • CUSTOMIZABLE with paddles, extensions, voltages. • Protection degree of enclosures for electrical equipment IP65. • DURABLE and RELIABLE with aluminium casing, stainless steel shaft on ball bearings and electrical connection with tension clamp or screw terminals. Works with operating temperatures from -20° to +70°C for the standard versions and -20° to +200°C for the high temperature versions. • Push-fit or screw terminal options.
